Lauren's Maternity Session

Lauren is one of my dearest friends on the planet. She is another local photographer, and we clicked instantly. Coincidentally, she lives only a few houses away from me. She actually, just out of being kind, took time with me to break down the elements of Photoshop that I was too scared to even try. Such a dear, selfless friend in so many ways. She was even more selfless when I kind of pushed her to model a dress for me from a designer. She was such a good sport. I know from experience what it’s like to be pregnant with other little babes running around. She was such a trooper.

I had desperately wanted a bright, sunny day, but Louisiana… especially the Northshore… was just not having it this day. Still, it couldn’t have been more lovely.
