Family Photography| Covington LA Mandeville LA Northshore- Halloween

I LOVE Halloween!  I love it so much!  My children love it too.  My husband?  Not so much, but he's a good sport.  With such a busy season (photographers are super busy in the south during Fall and Winter because our weather finally cooperates on some level... ha ha), it was so nice to have a holiday to just let us have family fun and indulge my creativity.   My children decided last year that they wanted to be Harry Potter characters.  YES!  This was the moment I had been waiting for!  As my family has expanded, I have found more and more ways to make it a family event of epic proportion.  I do not take portraying Harry Potter lightly.  Nope.  If we were going to do this, we were going to really go for it!  We did.  So we had Harry Potter with his friends Hermione and Ron, Hagrid, a baby Dumbledore, and Professor Umbridge...  Why such an evil lady?  Because simply she's one of the BEST villains of all time.  She's truly awful.  I love the contradiction of someone so nasty looking so sugary sweet.  So here we are in all our glory!  I hope your holiday was truly spectacular in whatever way you celebrate.  I hope it was full of family and love and joy! Here's to working on next year's costumes...
